Home Health Aides provide routine individualized care to patients in the comfort of their homes; specifically assisting clients with their activities of daily living.

Certified Patient Care Technician with Phlebotomy and CNA A ten-weeks course that prepares a student to become certified patient care technician. At the end of the course the student will acquire skills and knowledge of nursing assistant, phlebotomy, and EKG as well as computer skills.

Certified Nursing Assistant
5 weeks Program (theory and hands-on clinical experience. The course prepares students to become certified in providing nursing care in a variety of settings. The role of the certified nursing assistant, ethical behaviors and promotion of resident’s rights re taught.

Certified Clinical Medical Assistant
A 20-weeks program that prepares students to become efficient in medical assistant duties. Students are taught Scheduling, Telephone technic, billing and coding, Electronic Medical record, taking vital signs, assisting the physician during physical examination, blood and other specimen collection , basic laboratory procedures , EKG, medication administration , sterilization of surgical instrument and assisting the physician in minor surgical procedures.

Phlebotomy Technician
Phlebotomy Technicians are trained professionals who collect blood and other samples for medical testing purposes.
Maggie Career Institute will teach you to draw blood samples and collect other specimen samples.

Applicant must be aged 18 years and above

⸰ Two-step PPD results or Chest X-Ray Results
• A flu shot during the flu season (Required by the clinical site)
